NO REFINED OILS! WE USE ORGANIC OLIVE OIL AND COCONUT OILS AS THE BASE FOR ROASTING OUR GRANOLA. NOT ONLY FOR THE HEALTH BENEFITS (LONGER SHELF LIFE, FULL OF ANTIOXIDANTS, HAVE BEEN SHOWN TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION) BUT ALSO BECAUSE IT MAKES THE GRANOLA TASTE GOOD! 

LOW IN SUGARS! WE USE MAPLE SYRUP AND DATE SYRUP TO GIVE A RICHER CARAMELIZED FLAVOR TO THE GRANOLA, THEY ARE BOTH FULL OF ANTIOXIDANTS, HAVE A LOWER GLYCEMIC INDEX THAN REGULAR WHITE SUGAR AND MAPLE SYRUP HAS THE ADDED BENEFITS OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS. THAT MEANS WE CAN USE LESS OVERALL AND STILL HAVE A SWEET TASTE.

HIGH IN PROTEIN! WE USE SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND PUMPKIN SEEDS TO ADD A NATURAL SOURCE OF PROTEIN, ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS, VITAMINS AND MINERALS. THEY ARE A NUTRIENT DENSE POWERHOUSE TO HELP YOU FUEL YOUR DAY.

VEGAN! ALL OUR GRANOLAS ARE COMPLETELY DAIRY FREE. WE ALSO DON'T USE HONEY, WHICH MEANS WE CAN LEGITIMATELY CALL OUR GRANOLA VEGAN. YOU CAN ENJOY IT WITH MILK IF THAT WORKS FOR YOU TOO, BUT WE PREFER TO USE DIARY FREE YOGURT OR NUT MILKS.

What is Granola? Granola is an American breakfast cereal traditionally made by taking oats,

nuts, seeds and whatever other flavorings you can imagine and add oil and sweetener such a sugar, maple syrup or honey. all ingredients are then mixed together and baked on a low temperature until the mixture is crunchy and golden brown. After baking, you cool, add in dried fruit and its ready to enjoy!

 

You can eat it however you would eat muesli - with milk, nut milk, yogurt, on a smoothie bowl, topped on ice cream or just by itself as a snack.
